A foreign colleague coming to Russia is obliged to have a passport with an expiration date not less than 6 months before date of departure from Russia. To obtain a visa it is necessary to have an official invitation signed in Embassy of Russia or Consulate by the representative of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Russia. The official invitation will be sent to the participant on receipt of the filled registration form and copies of the first pages of his/her passport, where all data on the citizenship are specified. Please send a copy of the passport by fax or mail. In order to prevent a delay of visa issuance, the application and copies should be submitted directly after receiving the original invitation (by fax or e-mail).
